Workout regularly but need some guidance on your eating habits?

Our Active Change 8-week weight loss courses focus on improving health and nutrition. We can teach you how to fuel your body whilst having fun with food.

Each session will provide you with important nutritional information to help with your weight loss journey. Regular weight and measurement checks will be taken and each session will include a 30-minute workout at the end. Please wear comfortable clothes and trainers.
