Please complete the below form if you wish to freeze your WV Active membership. A notice period of 30 days before your next Direct Debit payment must be given to freeze your membership. All Direct Debit payments are taken on 1st of each month. For example, if you would like to freeze your membership for February, you must complete the freeze form by 1st January.
